A beautiful Honeycomb Suncatcher in shades of honey. Includes a gorgeous little brass coloured Honey Bee .. 🐝
Each piece of glass is individually cut by hand, shaped, wrapped in copper foil, then soldered together. The honeycomb is cleaned and has a dark patina added before a final wax polish.
The suncatcher includes beautiful honey coloured glass - textured, iridescent, wispy- all from my ‘stash’ collected over many years. It is chosen for it’s texture as much as for the beautiful colour. This is NOT painted.
The combination of glass might vary slightly to photos due to availability.
It is approx. 11 cm x 12 cm and weighs approximately 70 gms.
🐝The Honeycomb has an organza ribbon to hang which can be adjusted to the right length.
Looks especially beautiful in front of a sunny window.
